By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our website.

Usage of Our Website

This website is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose. All content on this website is owned by Petite Social Club. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit any content without prior permission. You may view and print pages for personal use only and must not reproduce them for commercial purposes.

Bookings and Services

All bookings for events or sessions at Petite Social Club are subject to availability and confirmation. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, we do not guarantee that all details are free from errors.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session are eligible for a full refund. Please allow 5 to 10 days for processing.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session are non-refundable. However, rescheduling may be available and a charge may apply.

Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before your session are free of charge.

Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your session will incur a £6 rescheduling fee and must be moved to an available time slot within the next two weeks.

Once a session has started, no refunds or rescheduling are available as the time slot has passed and could not be resold.

Group Bookings

Group bookings cancelled with at least 14 days’ notice will receive a refund. Group bookings cancelled with less than 14 days’ notice will not be refunded. This applies to non-exclusive parties.

Exclusive Hire Birthday Parties

A minimum of five weeks’ notice is required to cancel an exclusive hire birthday party in order to receive a full refund. If a party is cancelled with less than five weeks’ notice, the hire fee is non-refundable. Where possible, and if notified at least two weeks before the original party date, we will do our best to move the party date or time, subject to availability.

Children’s Safety

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while at Petite Social Club. All safety rules and guidelines must be followed to help ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Parental Supervision and Responsibility

Parents, guardians or responsible adults must supervise the children in their care at all times. The accompanying adult is responsible for ensuring the safety and appropriate behaviour of their children. Adults are expected to actively monitor children to ensure they comply with Petite Social Club’s safety rules and guidelines.

Accidents and Injuries

While we take all reasonable steps to provide a safe environment, Petite Social Club does not accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur on the premises. Use of the facilities is at your own risk. We are not liable for any personal injury or damage arising from incidents that occur within our premises. Visitors are encouraged to act responsibly and cautiously when using the play facilities.

Personal Belongings

Petite Social Club is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises. Visitors are advised to keep their belongings with them at all times.

Acknowledgement

By using the facilities at Petite Social Club, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, accept full responsibility for the supervision and safety of the children in your care, and waive any claims against Petite Social Club for any accidents or injuries that may occur.
